PRODUCTS

Chouriça
is a smoked pork sausage seasoned with salt, paprika, water, garlic and oregano.
Chouriça de Assar
The fresh chouriça should be cooked. Grilled, it serves for starters and snacks.
Salpicão
The salpicão can be served as starter or snack, raw or grilled (when it is fresh).
Salpicão com Pimentas
Is a smoked pork loin sausage seasoned with salt, pepper, water, nutmeg, garlic and oregano.
Butelo
Is a smoked sausage, typical from the cold lands of Portugal (Terra Fria), more specifically from Bragança. It is made with pieces of pork meat with bone (ribs).
Alheira
The alheira is grilled or prepared in a frying pan.
Azedo
The azedo is baked in the oven along with potatoes cut into slices, being served with cooked vegetables.
